As a Senior Scheduling Engineer with over 35+ years of experience, I have a keen understanding of how to strategically plan and schedule large-scale construction projects up to $500 million. I have proactively identified methods of improving schedule management processes, procedures, and efficiency. I have also continuously communicated with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with strict project specifications. My leadership skills are exceptional, and I have a strong track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. I also have outstanding technical proficiency with specialized expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project/Office.
